NOTES AND CONDITIONS

100% Online: MSN program includes a practicum experience that must be completed in a real-world health care environment. Students may complete their University-approved practicum where they work, but they cannot complete hours on work time or under their current supervisor.

Employment Projections: U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, Postsecondary Teachers. National long-term projections may not reflect local and/or short-term economic or job conditions, and do not guarantee actual job growth.

MSN Alumni Scholarship: Must have completed the PNW RN-to-BSN to be eligible for scholarship.

MSN Transfer Credits: Transfer dependent on program approval. Courses must fulfill curriculum requirements and must have been taken at a university that has national nursing accreditation. A grade of the equivalent of 3.0 (on a 4-point scale) or higher must be present for any transfer course and faculty will review syllabi for equivalence. NUR 51000, Research and Evidence Based Nursing Practice, all advanced core courses, and all specialty courses (applies to all concentrations) must be taken at PNW.

MSN Tuition and Fees: Tuition includes fees, with the exception of differential fees. Differential fees are $221.25 when registered for less than 8 hours and $281.50 for 8 hours or more and are assessed once each traditional semester. Tuition and fees are subject to change by the Board of Trustees.

Textbook Fee: The instructional material access fee is $299 per semester and is applicable to both BSN and MSN programs. The fee is not included in total tuition. All students are automatically entered into the access program and must opt out if they do not want to participate.
